International orders (outside U.S.) may be placed online at www.emersonecologics.com or by calling us at 800.654.4432. International orders may be shipped by USPS or UPS. Shipments by USPS typically arrive within 15-20 business days. UPS Worldwide Expedited takes about 5-10 business days. Estimated shipping rates will be displayed on your checkout page. Actual shipping rates are based on package weight and destination. A processing fee may also be charged by your designated carrier. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders.
You are considered the importer of record for all international orders and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Before you place your order, please ensure that you are familiar with local laws and regulations, or check with local customs offices or tax authorities for information specific to your situation. Not knowing a country’s laws and regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or your order being returned to us. It is your responsibility to know what can be shipped to the destination country and what cannot.
Please be aware that international orders may be charged additional fees, duties, and taxes. We neither collect these fees nor quote their actual costs. You are responsible for the payment of all fees, duties, and taxes to the responsible customs and taxing authorities, and you agree to pay all fees, fines and other costs charged to you or to us in connection with any non-compliance with laws and regulations to the destination country.
We will assist you with your order as much as we can, but we have no control over what happens with your customs clearance or designated carrier. Please also note that if your package is refused by customs, we will only be able to issue a refund for the products that are returned to us, less any shipping charges and any other charges we incur in connection with the return. If your package is returned to us and you wish us to resend the exact package that was returned, we will do so but will first collect the amount necessary to cover the costs to re-ship. If customs will not return the package, Emerson is not able to refund the cost of the products. Emerson is not liable for delays, losses or shipping charges.
