Q: Why am I restricted from purchasing some products?
A: Emerson Ecologics distributes products from over 300 brands and you must be logged in to receive the appropriate purchasing access. Credentials will determine the product access that is granted. Additionally, some professional brands require acceptance of a Brand Agreement prior to purchasing their products.
Q: Why am I restricted from purchasing Designs for Health products?
A: Designs for Health requires professional customers to sign their Customer Agreement prior to gaining product access. To complete this process online, log into your account then select "My Account/Account Info" in the top right-hand corner. From there select "View Brand Agreements". Then select "Designs for Health" and click the "Send Email" button. This will prompt an email to be sent to the email address on file for your account. The email will contain instructions for viewing and completing the agreement electronically. Please use the account holder/practitioner's name and initials throughout the form instead of the business name. Your account will be updated within one business day of completing the electronic form. Please note that some practitioner types may not be eligible for access to this product line, per the brand, even with a signed agreement.
Q: Why am I restricted from purchasing Klaire Labs products?
A: Klaire Labs is requiring that all professional customers sign their Customer Agreement before gaining product access. This agreement can be reviewed and accepted on our website, by visiting the "My Account/Account Info" page after logging in, and selecting the "Brand Agreements" link.
Q: The product I need has been discontinued. How do I find a substitution?
A: Clicking on the picture of the discontinued product will bring you to a detailed description of the product. Comparable items may be listed toward the bottom of the page.
Q: How do I change the quantity of a product once I have added it to my shopping cart?
A: To change the quantity of a product in the shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon then select "View or Edit Cart". Highlight and adjust the number of products being purchased in the quantity field, then click the update button. If you wish to remove an item from the cart, please click the trashcan icon that is located to the right of the quantity column.
